Enoploteuthis anapsis is a small enoploteuthid squid described by Clyde F. E. Roper in 1964 from the tropical Atlantic. It is an epi- and mesopelagic species recorded from the tropical Atlantic, the Caribbean, and Madeira.

The species is identified by its long robust tentacles, a tentacular club bearing two rows of hooks, and a distinctive arrangement of ventral photophores, including the absence of a photophore row along the ventral midline of the mantle.
