description Gesonula punctifrons Overview

Gesonula punctifrons is a grasshopper in the family Acrididae and subfamily Oxyinae, described by Carl Stål in 1861. It is the type species of the genus Gesonula and has also been recorded under older combinations including Acridium punctifrons, Gesonia punctifrons, and Oxya punctifrons.
