description Le Teilleul Overview

Le Teilleul is a howardite meteorite that fell near Le Teilleul in Normandy, France, in 1845. Howardites are polymict breccias containing mixed fragments of eucrite-like and diogenite-like material, linking them to the howardite-eucrite-diogenite, or HED, meteorite clan.
