No. The original CLS is a full-range, single-transducer electrostatic loudspeaker rather than one of MartinLogan's later panel-and-woofer hybrids.
What amplifier works with the MartinLogan CLS?
MartinLogan specified 20 to 320 watts per channel, but the speaker's impedance can fall to about 2 ohms. A stable, high-current amplifier is therefore more important than simply choosing the largest advertised wattage.
