Saint Agur

description Saint Agur Overview

Saint Agur is a French blue cheese made from cow's milk and produced by the Bongrain cheese company, now part of Savencia. It has a soft, creamy texture and blue-green veining, with a flavor that is generally milder and more buttery than many strongly aged blue cheeses.
