Sanilac Petroglyphs Historic State Park is a protected archaeological site near Cass City in Michigan's Thumb region. It preserves Michigan's largest known collection of early Native American teachings carved into stone, known in Anishinabe as ezhibiigaadek asin, or written on stone. The 240-acre park is managed jointly by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and the Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe, with a covered viewing area and interpretive trails for visitors studying Indigenous history and rock art.
