The Cheesewring

description The Cheesewring Overview

The Cheesewring is a granite tor on Stowe’s Hill, on the eastern side of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, England. It consists of large, weathered granite slabs stacked in an irregular formation, with the upper blocks giving it a shape compared with a traditional cheese press. The tor is a geological landmark near the village of Minions and the ancient stone circles and monuments of the surrounding moor.
