help Awkward Guests FAQ
How does Awkward Guests generate so many different murder cases?
Its Brilliant Deck System selects and distributes evidence from a large card pool according to a chosen case configuration. This modular approach supports more than two million possible cases involving different killers, motives, weapons, and accomplices.
What information can players exchange in Awkward Guests?
On a turn, a player requests evidence about particular rooms or suspects and opponents may offer matching cards. The requester chooses an offer and gives evidence of equal value in return, so every exchange reveals information without giving everyone the same hand.
What must you identify to solve Mr Walton’s murder?
A correct solution normally names the killer, motive, and murder weapon. Depending on the selected case, players may also need to account for an accomplice.
Does Awkward Guests work as a solo deduction game?
The original game supports solo play through a separate method for obtaining and checking clues. A companion app can also manage cases and verify accusations without exposing the solution prematurely.
