Charminar is a monument and mosque located in Hyderabad, India, built in 1591 by Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah of the Qutb Shahi dynasty. The structure takes its name from its four ornate minarets, each standing approximately 48 meters tall and positioned at each corner of the square building. Can visitors go inside and climb the Charminar?

Visitors can enter the monument and climb an internal spiral staircase when the upper level is open to the public. The climb leads toward the first-floor gallery, while access conditions can change because the Charminar is a protected monument.
