Spheniscus urbinai is an extinct species of penguin from the Pisco Formation on the south-central coast of Peru. It lived during the late Miocene and early Pliocene and is known from skulls and postcranial bones, including partially articulated material. The species belongs to Spheniscus, the genus that includes living Humboldt, Magellanic, African, and Galápagos penguins, and is distinguished in part by its large size and particular skull proportions.
