description Refibra Overview

REFIBRA is a Lenzing technology used in the production of TENCEL Lyocell fibers. It combines wood pulp with pulp made from recycled cotton textile scraps, then processes the cellulose through the lyocell manufacturing system to produce new fiber. The technology is intended for apparel and home-textile applications seeking to incorporate recycled textile material while retaining the moisture management, softness, and processing characteristics associated with lyocell.
