This coverage is generally required if your car is financed or leased.
Travelers Auto Insurance's bundled with my home insurance so the cost is cut down and affordable. They also offer roadside assistance which is always helpful in case something comes up. I've been pretty satisfied with the insurance. I would definitely like to download the app if they have one in case of emergencies. Overall experience was very easy and pleasant.
I have no faith in any insurance companies. They are very much all about protecting their bottom line and no matter which one they are too big they raise rates constantly. All should be more regulated. I was stopped was hit my new car. Travelers handled it successfully but then raised my insurance. Travelers' typical and not for me.

They are top notch. Customer service is great. Their technology is 1st level. Price-wise they beat everyone including Geico. I am impressed. Roadside assistance which I had to use right away, was efficient. I tried a jump. Then they had to tow. Travelers called me, texted me, at all points I was well advised.
We have not yet had a claim with Travelers, other than for windshield repair (which was handled smoothly). We purchased our policy through an independent agent and are very satisfied with her attention to our needs. We are pleased with the policy we have as compared to other companies and plan to stay with Travelers at renewal time.
My claims adjuster carefully considered all possible causes for a small dent in my new car door and ruled "comprehensive" with lower deductible instead of "collision" cause, which he could have done. Further, he carefully walked me through the process, arranged for a rental car, and was constantly available by phone and email. I felt like I had a sympathetic partner during the claims process, which was new to me. I would strongly recommend Travelers based on this experience.
I found Travelers Insurance employees to be very helpful and professional. I have had the good fortune to never have had to make a claim with them, so am unable to speak to their responsiveness to me in time of a crisis.
We were struck from the rear by a vehicle insured by Travelers. They did not argue or low ball the claim in any way. Our repairs were totally taken care of by Travelers no questions asked. A rental was even offered. A great experience with a great company.
Worst insurance company I ever had to deal with. Make a long story short, they were the insurance company of a company I filed a claim against. The company refunded my money and asked me to get estimates. I got 5! for the damages caused by their product. The claims rep. refused to pay the claim, even though the company admitted liability. I asked to speak to the claims rep's boss. He never even extended the courtesy of investigating and calling me back.
Consistently the best rates I've been given out of all others. And never any problems with customer service, which is not something I can say about Progressive (worst customer service experience and they tried to add coverage I did not need nor want!). Been with Travelers now for three years. Very happy.
