I have been with Amica for four years. I started with them for their lower rates. However, they increase by 10% each year, which over a few years can get expensive. I called to get lower rates but they refused to review my policies and did not get back to me. Perhaps this is all insurance company's way of business so I guess we need to change companies eh
This is by far the most affordable insurance company with the best coverage for the price (by hundreds of dollars). It's always easy to reach support and they always find a way to make the customer happy. It would take a lot to make me switch!

Free lock replacement if you lose your keys or they’re stolen. Free repair of an air bag after it deploys. Reimbursement for lost earnings if you go to court at Amica’s request. Free repair for damaged auto glass (if replacement isn’t necessary). $1,000 for bail bonds.
I am very pleased with Amica mostly because of the website and how easy it is to navigate and do what I need to do. I've never had an issue and everything has always gone smoothly.
