They're always giving me money off my premium. They check in with me from time to time just to make sure things are okay. I would highly recommend State Farm to anyone looking for a new insurance policy or looking for a better rate on their insurance. Their bundling of the different insurances give you a really great discount. I like the Drive Safe for those of us who don't do much driving everyday. And, they don't give you any problems when you have a claim. They work for you not against you.
They never raised my rates because of any damage claims, their rates are low and they provide many opportunities for me to save and get discounts. Online platform very convenient and easy to use. They send home statements that detail how much I pay. I tried Geico for 6 months once, did not like because the person on the phone repeated a script. It wasn't helpful.
They have been really good to us for the years we have been with them. Only bad thing is they need to lower our rates. We have had no accidents ever and have no speeding tickets on our records. Customer service is extremely nice.

They didn't, and so I went with a new company that saved over 20 bucks a month from their original lower price that I was paying. Then after I canceled they wanted to check and see if they could save me money. No thanks!
Annoying company. Rates are always much higher than competitors. I would not go back to this company. I have much better rates on a competing insurance.
