IBA Tiki

IBA Tiki, also described as Improved Brazilian Añejo, combines aged rum, Campari, orange juice, and lime juice. The result balances rum sweetness with bitter herbal notes and fresh citrus.

A lightly to moderately aged rum gives the drink enough oak and caramel flavor without overpowering the citrus. Avoid very smoky or heavily spiced rum if you want Campari and lime to remain clear.

It is both bittersweet and citrus-forward. Campari supplies the bitterness, while orange juice, lime juice, and aged rum provide fruitiness and roundness.
